  • 1/2 cup chicken flavored TVP
  • 2 Mediem olives
  • 1 slice Ultra Thin Cheddar Cheese

  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 1 TBSP MCT oil to fry the TVP
  • 1/2 Cup Lettuce
