  • 1 cup morning star Griller crumbles
  • 1 Slice ultra thin cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup lettuce

Instructions

  • 1/2 cup chicken flavored TVP
  • 2 Mediem olives
  • 1 slice Ultra Thin Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 TBSP Plant based sour cream

  • 1 TBSP MCT oil to fry the TVP
  • 1/2 Cup Lettuce

Instructions
 

  • Soak the dry TVP granules in 1/2 cup of hot chicken broth for about 5 minutes, or until all the broth has been absorbed. (Remember that rehydrated TVP doesn’t keep well, so only soak the granules right before you’re ready to use them.)
