Instructions
  1. Hand mix ingredients in mixing bowl
  2. Spray skillet with 0 calorie cooking spray.
  3. Measure out mix with 1/4 cup and cook on medium heat. Wait until bubbles start to appear before flipping pancakes over
  4. Enjoy with Fat Free Redi Whip and a Sugar Free Syrup

Instructions
  1. Combine pudding mix and Kroger Carbmaster milk
  2. Place 1 Nabisco Reduced Fat Vanilla Wafer in bottom of muffin cup
  3. Place 1/2 cup of pudding mixture in each cup
  4. Add 1 slice of banana on top of mixture
  5. Sprinkle 1 Healthwise Almond Biscotti on each cup
