Ingredients
- 1 Can (15oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed (Black Beans)
- 1/2 Cup Splenda Sugar Blend
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa Powder
- 3 large whole eggs
- 3 TBSP Canola Oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp Instant Coffe Granules
- 1/3 Cup Hershey's Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 Cup walnuts (chopped)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Place parchment paper in the bottom of an 8x8 inch baking sheet. Lightly spray the parchment paper with 0 calorie cooking spray. If you do not have parchment paper, spraying the bottom of the pan will work just fine
- In a food processor or blender, blend all the ingredients, except walnuts and chocolate chips until smooth
- Pour batter into baking pan. Top with nuts and chocolate chips
- Bake 30-35 minutes, Cool and cut into squares.
