Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In large mixing bowl, gradually add the splenda to the pumpkin puree and combine.
  2. Beat well and stir in Bob's Red Mill Low Carb Baking Mix, salt, and spices.
  3. Stir in the Walden Farms pancake syrup and beat well.
  4. Stir in the slightly beaten egg, and slowly add the non-fat evaporated milk, mixing until well blended.
  5. Pour batter into spring form pan.
  6. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees and continue baking pie for an additional 45 minutes or until knife inserted into the center comes out clean.

1/8 of the pie = snack. 1/8 of the pie = NC (Must have with a LP + FC)
