Instructions
  1. Thread the shrimp onto skewers. Lightly dust with Old Bay Seasoning; then brush with Stubbs BBQ Sauce. Let shrimp marinate for about 10-15 minutes. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium high heat.
  2. Place the skewers on the grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  3. Broiler directions: Preheat the broiler. Place the shrimp skewers on a sheet pan coated with cooking spray. Broil for 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are pink and opaque.

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x9 baking dish.
  2. Melt the margarine in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring frequently, until the onion is soft.
  3. Place the onion and margarine in a bowl. Stir in the crab, mustard, and Worcestershire.
  4. Place the egg whites in a clean bowl. Beat on high speed with an electric mixer until the egg whites form soft peaks. Fold the egg whites into the crab mixture then transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the top of the casserole with the Parmesan. Place the casserole in the oven and bake at 350 F degrees for 25 minutes or until puffy and golden brown.
  6. Remove the casserole from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes then cut into squares to serve. Serve hot.

Instructions
  1. In a non-stick pan, saute the bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove bacon and add shrimp and cook until slightly opaque and a little white in color.
  2. Add the mushroom, and broccoli to the skillet and and saute until softened, about 2-3 minutes
  3. Reduce the heat to simmer and add back in the bacon. Add heavy cream and chicken broth to skillet. Simmer uncovered for 10-15 minutes until sauce reduces, Stirring frequently.
  4. Spiralized the zucchini or peel into long strips
  5. Divide the zucchini pasta between two plates and top with bacon mushroom sauce.

Instructions
  1. Saute chicken breast in skillet until cooked (5-8 minutes). Season with salt and pepper to taste
