Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Broccoli Florets
  • 2 TBPS Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 TBSP Light Mayonnaise
  • 4 TBSP Egg beaters
  • 5 Crackers Ritz Whole Wheat
  • 1 Slice Sargento Ultra-thin Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix together frozen broccoli florets, mayo, eggbeater, cheese and soup and put in baking dish
  • Top with crushed crackers & spray butter.
  • Bake at 350 for 35 minutes (salt and pepper to taste)
  • SERVE with a LEAN PROTEIN (I picked tuna!)
