Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 Cup Carbquick Baking Mix
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 c egg beaters (whites only) (Egg Whites )
  • 2 TBSP Pecans, unchopped
  • 1/4 Medium Banana
  • 1/4 tsp imitation vanilla
  • 1/4 C Kroger Carbmaster Milk ( Vanilla)

Instructions
 

  • Hand mix ingredients in mixing bowl
  • Spray skillet with 0 calorie cooking spray.
  • Measure out mix with 1/4 cup and cook on medium heat. Wait until bubbles start to appear before flipping pancakes over
  • Enjoy with Fat Free Redi Whip and a Sugar Free Syrup
