Almond Flour (Bob’s Red Mill is a great one)
Sea Salt or Morton’s Lite Salt
-You will retain less fluid by going with the Lite Salt.
Mix Liquids first, then add your dry ingredients.
Pre-Spray bowl with 0 calorie butter spray.
Pour into microwave safe 6″ bowl.
Microwave on High (Level 8 on most Microwaves)for 2 minutes.
Spray some zero calorie butter spray on top of bread when complete.
Slice into 4-6 Slices.
