Instructions
  1. Saute onion, bell pepper, and garlic in MCT oil.
  2. Add beef and turkey until browned, drain off excess fat.
  3. Combine all remaining ingredients and simmer at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  4. Add chicken broth to create desired thickness.

Instructions
  1. Heat MCT in a large stock pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, celery, and peppers and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add cumin, oregano and chipotle, continue to cook for 2 more minutes.
  4. Add broth, beans and salt.
  5. Bring to a boil, lower to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Add shredded chicken and cook for 5-10 minutes longer.
  7. Add cilantro and lime juice and thoroughly incorporate.
  8. Taste and add seasoning as needed then serve.

Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat MCT oil over medium heat. Add the ground chicken and onion and cook, stirring until the ground chicken is no longer pink and the onion is tender. Add the garlic and continue cooking for 1 minute.
  2. Add the chopped cabbage, tomatoes, and tomato sauce, pepper and salt. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 20 to 30 minutes or until cabbage is tender.

Instructions
  1. Pat fish dry and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Combine tomatoes, celery, onion, olives, capers, oil, garlic and crushed red pepper in a large skillet and toss to mix. Layer potato slices over the vegetables to cover them completely.
  3. Cover the skillet and place over medium-low heat. Cook, adjusting the heat to keep a steady simmer and shaking the pan from time to time--but do not stir the vegetables-until the potatoes are starting to soften, about 20 minutes.
  4. Place the fish on top of the potatoes, cover and continue cooking until the fish is opaque in the middle, 10 t0 12 minutes more. Serve sprinkled with parsley and more capers, if desired.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Use 2 Tablespoons of spread to coat a 13X9X2-inch glass baking dish or casserole dish.
  3. In a large heavy saucepan over medium low heat, melt remaining spread.
  4. Add baking mix, stirring constantly, cook 1 minute (don't let it brown). Gradually whisk in milk.
  5. Simmer mixture for 3 minutes, whisking until it thickens slightly.
  6. Reduce heat to very low, then gradually stir in cheese and cook, constantly whisking, until cheese is completely blended.
  7. Season to taste with salt, pepper and cayenne.
  8. Stir in cooked pasta; coat well.
  9. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
  10. Top with Bran Crisp Sprinkles or DFWB crumbs
  11. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
