Instructions
  1. Warm a medium skillet over medium heat, and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Layer everything on /4 of the tortilla, fold the tortilla in half, and place on warmed skillet.
  3. When one side of the tortilla starts to brown, (about 1-2 minutes), flip and cook on other side until other side begins to brown and cheese melts (about 1-2 minutes).
  4. Remove from heat. Cut tortilla into three wedges and serve warm!
