Instructions
  1. In a non-stick pan, saute the bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove bacon and add shrimp and cook until slightly opaque and a little white in color.
  2. Add the mushroom, and broccoli to the skillet and and saute until softened, about 2-3 minutes
  3. Reduce the heat to simmer and add back in the bacon. Add heavy cream and chicken broth to skillet. Simmer uncovered for 10-15 minutes until sauce reduces, Stirring frequently.
  4. Spiralized the zucchini or peel into long strips
  5. Divide the zucchini pasta between two plates and top with bacon mushroom sauce.

Instructions
  1. Precook the turkey in a saute pan with zero calorie spray.
  2. Sprinkle in garlic powder to taste, add a lilttle stock to help cook .
  3. When the turkey is finished,put into the crock pot with the bottom of the pot covered with broth.
  4. Meanwhile, slightly cook the asparagus and broccoli just until tender, but crisp.You can do this in a pot of boiling water or in a saute pan using the butter flavored zero calorie cooking spray.When tender, add to the crockpot.
  5. Next, saute the apple, peppers, onions for about 3 minutes, and then add rotel and allow to simmer about 5 minutes.
  6. Add this mixture to the crockpot and stir while adding more broth if needed.(Note: you will need less than half a container of broth for the entire recipe)
  7. Add salt and pepper, garlic, and chili powder to taste
  8. Cook on high for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Instructions
  1. Pour the chicken broth in a saucepan.
  2. Heat on medium high and bring to a boil. While the chicken broth is heating, open the Orzo Miracle Noodles, drain, and rinse well with cold water.
  3. When the chicken broth comes to a boil, add the Orzo Miracle Noodles and let it come back to a boil, stirring to keep the pasta from sticking.
  4. Turn down to a simmer and add your egg whites slowly (can pour the egg whites through a fork or colander to give you thin strands of egg whites).
  5. Remove from heat and add salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions
  1. Cook chicken and cut into bite sized pieces.
  2. Heat 4-quart covered saucepan of salted water to boiling over high heat. Add noodles and cook as label directs, but add snap peas to noodles 1 minute before noodles are done.
