Instructions
  1. Spray dish with 0 calorie cooking spray
  2. Place one slice of canadian bacon in the bottom of the ramekin
  3. Add egg, cherry tomato halves, then feta cheese
  4. Season with thyme, salt and pepper
  5. Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes
