Instructions
  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Flatten each pork piece to 1/2-inch thickness using your fingertips. Add pork to pan; spoon soy sauce mixture evenly over pork slices.
  3. Cook 3 minutes or until browned. Turn pork over; cook 3 minutes or until done. Remove from pan.
  4. Add salsa and preserves to pan; increase heat to medium-high.
  5. Cook 30 seconds or until slightly thick, stirring constantly.
  6. Serve pork with salsa mixture, and sprinkle with cilantro.

Instructions
  1. To make the aioli, in a small bowl combine mayonnaise, cilantro, Sriracha and soy sauce. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
  2. Spray grill or pan with zero calorie cooking spray
  3. Place Salmon Fillets on medium high heated grill or pan for 3 to 5 minutes, turning once, until medium or desired degree of doneness.
  4. Spread 1 Tablespoons mayonnaise mixture on cut side of bottom buns. Place salmon and watercress on bottom bun; spoon on 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise mixture and add bun top. Skewer with pick, if desired.
