Instructions
  1. In a shallow dish, mix together MCT oil, cumin, chopped cilantro, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. Add chicken, and mix well. Cover, and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  2. Preheat grill for high heat.
  3. Thread chicken, zucchini, onion, red bell pepper, and tomatoes onto skewers.
  4. Brush grill with oil, and arrange skewers on hot grate. Cook for approximately 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through, turning to cook evenly.

Instructions
  1. Cook the egg whites- add a little salt + pepper if desired.
  2. Cut one P28 FlatBread in half.
  3. Mash the avocado and spread onto the flatbread.
  4. Layer on the egg whites and veggies
  5. Drizzle a little balsamic vinegar on top of the greens if desired.
  6. Gently roll up the flatbread.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Heat flatbread in oven for 5-10 minutes to desired crispiness
  3. Pan fry chicken breast in MCT. Season with your favorite seasonings. Chop up chicken into cubes
  4. Saute vegetables in remaining MCT oil.
  5. Top flat bread with alfredo sauce, chopped chicken breast, chopped vegetables and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Place in the oven for ~8 minutes. Keep an eye on the crust (don't burn it!).
