Instructions
Fish
  1. Heat oil (1 1/2 inches) in heavy saucepan or deep fryer to 350�F. Lightly coat fish in the 4 tablespoons of carbquik.
  2. -Mix remaining ingredients with hand beater or wire whisk until smooth. (If batter is too thick, stir in additional beer, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency.)
  3. -Dip fish into batter, letting excess drip into bowl.(Being very careful not to break the batter using a very light touch on the fish, or use a fork to spear the fish)
  4. -Fry fish about 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown; drain. Serve hot with Low Carb tartar sauce.
Low Carb Tartar Sauce:
  1. Mix all ingredients together and chill

Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 400F. Generously grease rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches.
  2. Cook ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in 1 cup cheese and half and half, bring to a simmer till cheese melts.
  3. Stir carbquik and water in baking dish until moistened; spread evenly. Spread beef mixture over batter. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  4. Bake 30 minutes. Cut into 8 equal serving portions, serve hot. For variety, try adding bacon, mushrooms, or jalapenos.

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the milk, egg yolks and vanilla.
  2. Stir in the carbquick, stevia, salt and Butter Buds until well blended.
  3. Heat a crepe pan over medium heat until hot.
  4. Coat with vegetable oil or cooking spray.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and tip to spread the batter to the edges.
  6. When bubbles form on the top and the edges are dry, flip over and cook until lightly browned on the other side and edges are golden. Repeat with remaining batter.
  7. Mix creme cheese, fruit, stevia and vanilla in blender
  8. Fill crepes with fruit mixture

Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Use Zero-Calorie cooking spray to spray the bottom and sides of square pan, 9X9X2 inches.
  3. Melt Brummel and Brown, MCT and chocolate in double boiler stirring constantly.
  4. Cool slightly and add Splenda to chocolate mixture and blend well until smooth.
  5. Beat vanilla and eggs in medium bowl with electric mixer on high speed for 5 minutes.
  6. Beat in chocolate mixture on low speed.
  7. Beat in Carbquik just until blended.
  8. Stir in walnuts.
  9. Spread in prepared pan.
  10. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or just until brownies spring back in the middle and begin to pull away from sides of pan.
  11. Cool completely in pan on wire racks.
  12. Cut into 4 rows by 4 columns.

  2. Place paper baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups, or grease bottoms only of muffin cups.
  3. Stir all ingredients except blueberries just until well moistened.
  4. Gently stir in blueberries.
  5. Divide batter evenly among cups. For a full large muffin, fill to the very top of muffin cup.
  6. Bake 13 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.

Instructions
  1. Combine Carbquik, 1/4 cup Splenda or Truvia, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a mixing bowl, set aside.
  2. Mix together sugar free applesauce, Kroger Carbmaster Milk, beaten egg and MCT Oil in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour into dry ingredients.
  4. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
  5. Fill 24 greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
  7. Cool in pan for several minutes.
  8. Combine remaining Splenda and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  9. Spray each puff with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray, and dip in cinnamon Splenda mixture.
