Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly grease a 9X13-inch dish and set aside.
  3. Saute red pepper, onion and green pepper in 2 MCT Oil until crisp-tender. Add oregano, salt, garlic powder, pepper, cayenne pepper, and Carbquick; blend well and cook, stirring constantly for about a minute.
  4. Whisk in the milk and continue cooking for 3 minutes or until slightly thickened. Add the cheese; stir until melted. Add sour cream, stir to blend. Set aside.
  5. In another skillet, add 2 tablespoons MCT Oil. Saute onion in the oil until translucent and soft, 3-5 minutes.
  6. Add the shrimp and cook until the shrimp are pink (don't overcook or the shrimp will be tough).
  7. Add chopped tomatoes and 1/2 of the cheese sauce. Spoon 1/3 cup shrimp mixture into each tortilla. Sprinkle a bit of cheese on top of shrimp mixture.
  8. Roll the enchiladas up tightly. Arrange seam side down in a 9X13-inch glass baking dish.
  9. Spoon remaining cheese sauce over tortillas and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

Instructions
  1. Whisk together Carbquick and 1/4 cup chicken broth in a small bowl then set aside.
  2. Saute bacon in a large soup pot over medium heat until crisp. Using a slotted spoon, transfer bacon to a paper towel-lined plate. Add chopped onion (if using,) celery, and garlic to the pot then season with salt and pepper and saute until vegetables are tender, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add cauliflower and onion powder (if using) to the pot then stir to combine. Add water then place a lid on top and steam cauliflower until tender, stirring a couple times, about 5-7 minutes. Add remaining chicken broth and milk then turn up heat and bring to a boil.
  4. Slowly whisk in Carbmaster/chicken broth mixture while stirring, then turn down heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes, or until chowder has thickened. Turn off heat then stir in 2 cups fat free cheddar cheese a little at a time until smooth, then stir in half the cooked bacon. Taste and adjust salt, pepper, and/or hot sauce if necessary. Serve topped with remaining shredded cheese, cooked bacon, and green onions, if desired.

Instructions
  1. Steep the tea bag in a coffee mug full of hot water for at least 5 minutes (even longer is great).
  2. Meanwhile, add all the other ingredients except ice to a quart-sized jar with a lid.
  3. Shake well to combine and make the cream frothy.
  4. Fill the jar pretty much all the way up with ice cubes, then pour the tea over the top (it should come very near the top of the jar, but if it doesn't for some reason, feel free to add extra water and/or Carbmaster Milk).
  5. Stir to combine everything. Adjust spices to your liking. Feel free to use another tea bag for a stronger flavor as well.
