Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients except chicken into a 1-qt sauce pot and bring to a simmer.
  2. Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring often and letting all the ingredients combine and reduce just a little.
  3. Allow to cool, and then place in an airtight container.
  4. Barbeque sauce will last up to 2 months refrigerated
  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  6. Brush BBQ sauce onto each chicken breast, top and bottom.
  7. Place in oven and cook for 15-20 minutes or until internal temp reads 160 degrees.
  8. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Brush on additional sauce and serve hot.
