Instructions
  1. Cook chicken breast and shred with fork or mixer
  2. Cook brown rice according to directions
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and pour into a casserole dish.
  4. Cover top lightly with cereal crumbs and dot with butter.
  5. Bake 350 for 45 minutes
