Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the milk, egg yolks and vanilla.
  2. Stir in the carbquick, stevia, salt and Butter Buds until well blended.
  3. Heat a crepe pan over medium heat until hot.
  4. Coat with vegetable oil or cooking spray.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and tip to spread the batter to the edges.
  6. When bubbles form on the top and the edges are dry, flip over and cook until lightly browned on the other side and edges are golden. Repeat with remaining batter.
  7. Mix creme cheese, fruit, stevia and vanilla in blender
  8. Fill crepes with fruit mixture

Instructions
  1. Beat eggs whites with a fork until frothy.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Beat with a fork until smooth.
  4. Spray heated griddle with Zero-Calorie cooking spray.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup batter on heated griddle for each pancake.
  6. Flip pancakes over as soon as they are puffed and full of bubbles, but before bubbles break.
  7. Cook other side until golden brown.
