Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Place parchment paper in the bottom of an 8x8 inch baking sheet. Lightly spray the parchment paper with 0 calorie cooking spray. If you do not have parchment paper, spraying the bottom of the pan will work just fine
  3. In a food processor or blender, blend all the ingredients, except walnuts and chocolate chips until smooth
  4. Pour batter into baking pan. Top with nuts and chocolate chips
  5. Bake 30-35 minutes, Cool and cut into squares.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 12 muffin tins with paper liners and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, Mix in eggs, great yogurt, syrup and vanilla extract.
  3. Keep stirring to blend the mixture well.
  4. Add protein powder and baking powder.
  5. Stir the mixture well but don't overdo it.
  6. Let sit 1 to 2 minutes and stir again.
  7. Pour into muffin pan and bake for 15-20 minutes or until light brown. If adding berries or nuts, sprinkle on top of the batter, not in the batter. If added to the batter they will sink to the bottom.
  8. Serves 6 to 12.

  2. Grease a square 8 x 8 baking dish
  3. Combine all ingredients into a food processor or a blender, and blend until smooth (about 1 minute). Pour into the prepared dish and bake for about 15 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool completely before cutting into 9 large squares.
