Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Heat skillet over medium heat and add MCT Oil. Add 99% extra lean ground turkey breast to skillet and brown.
  3. When cooked thoroughly, turn off heat.
  4. Add 1 package Sloppy Joe Mix and Red Gold tomato sauce.
  5. Stir until well blended.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Wash peppers, cut around stem, and remove core, seeds and membrane.
  8. Rinse inside of peppers.
  9. Place peppers in baking dish and stuff with Sloppy Joe mixture, using 4 -6 ounces for ladies, and 6 - 8 ounces for gentlemen.
  10. Sprinkle 1 Tablespoon Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese on top of each stuffed pepper.
  11. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
