Instructions
  1. Cook Light Penne in a medium saucepan until tender, drain
  2. Brown ground beef in a pan until no pink remains, drain any grease
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook 2-3 minutes
  4. Add gravy, stirring well and bring to a boil
  5. Remove beef from heat, stir in sour cream
  6. Place cooked penne noodles into a bowl and pour beef mixture on top. Enjoy with your favorite freebie beverage!

Instructions
  1. Brown extra lean ground beef and drain fat.
  2. Saute green pepper, mushrooms and onion.
  3. Combine beef and veggies and spaghetti sauce.
  4. Cook noodles according to directions on the package
  5. In an 8x8 or 9x9 pan, put a thin layer of meat sauce.
  6. Then start with a layer of noodles, then layer meat sauce, then a layer of mozzarella and ricotta cheese.
  7. Keep repeating layers being sure to end with a layer of the cheeses on top.
  8. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes
