Instructions
  1. Line the bottom of a 8-oz. ramekin or custard cup with Canadian bacon
  2. Pour egg over Canadian Bacon
  3. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds; stir. MICROWAVE until egg is almost set, 15 to 30 seconds longer. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Top with cheese.
  5. Serve on Thomas Light 100 calorie English muffin
