Instructions
  1. To make onion topping:
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Heat MCT Oil in a large nonstick skillet over low heat.
  4. Add sliced onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until very tender and golden, about 30 minutes. Set aside.
  5. Spread breadcrumbs on a baking sheet and toast, stirring once, until lightly browned, 5 to 10 minutes. Set aside.
  6. Put the frozen green beans in a casserole dish.
  7. Put the cream of mushroom soup in and mix to combine. Add about two tablespoons of water to dish and put on the onion topping and press down slightly to compact the mix.
  8. Bake at 350 for about 30 to 45 minutes or until the onions are browned.
  9. If you like your green beans a little crunchy, cut the cooking time, if you like them really soft, then cook them longer. Serve hot.
