  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
  2. Cut the flatbread into small triangles and arrange on a cookie sheet (preferably on a silicone baking mat- or use nonstick spray) .
  3. Coat evenly with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon, cocoa and stevia over the flatbread evenly.
  5. Bake for about 6-7 minutes, or until edges of chips turn golden-brown.
