Based on the success of thousands of participants, we are confident that you will succeed.  We promise to give you your money back if, after 3 weeks of joining Achieve Weight Loss, you’re not satisfied and if you meet the following Terms:


On-Site Classes

1. Attend at least three weekly onsite meetings or a workshop. This means that you must attend a meeting every week, a total of 3 consecutive workshops including the week of joining.

2. Submit an online journal at least 4 days a week wherein you show you are doing your best to have at least 4 Health Days each week.

3. Set up your Weight Tracker (your coach will do this for you once you supply your weight, goals, etc).

4. Post a weekly weight in your online dashboard (if you weigh-in at an on-site location, your coach will enter this information for you).


Online Program

1. Watch at least 1 weight loss course per week of the on-demand weight loss videos for a total of 3 weeks.

2. Submit an online journal at least 4 days a week wherein you show you are doing your best to have at least 4 Health Days that week.

3. Set up your Weight Tracker (your coach will do this for you once you supply your weight, goals, etc).

4. Post your weekly weight in your online dashboard.


If after 3 weeks of joining Achieve Weight Loss you have not lost an average of 1-2 lbs/week, you will be entitled to obtain a refund of your purchase, provided you meet the requirements contained in these Terms--refunds will not be given if you have lost 4 lbs or more during your 3 week membership /subscription period. Please note that the refund is limited to membership or subscription fees paid (i.e. any joining fee, prepaid plan fees, weekly fees, monthly fees and/or subscription fees). It is not available in connection with any products that you purchased outside of your subscription from Achieve Weight Loss. ​


Claiming Your Refund:

  • Download a Refund Request Form here.
  • Complete the form and send it to the address on the form.
  • Complete the requested information on the form.
  • Return materials requested on the form to ensure we can process your refund as quickly as possible.

Please note the following: 

  • Claims for refunds made and/or received by us more than 30 days after the date you joined Achieve Weight Loss or your first day of onsite classes/workshop, will not be eligible for a refund.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that correct and sufficient postage is paid. Claims submitted with insufficient postage will have the postage deficit deducted from the refund. If the total refund becomes a negative figure, no refund will be issued.
  • Provided that you have satisfied these Terms our team will cancel your Achieve Weight Loss account and refund all membership or subscription fees paid without any fuss via a check payable to your name.
  • If you joined Achieve Weight loss Online, we will refund the fees directly to the card used for your original purchase.​
  • Please allow 28 days to receive your refund from receipt by us of a valid claim.
  • Please note that no refunds can be processed at an onsite class.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected.
