Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray loaf pan or line with parchment paper Combine Carbquick, baking soda & salt, set aside Cream softened butter & brown sugar substitute until creamy. Mix in beaten eggs just until combined. Add smashed bananas, mix well. Add dry ingredients to banana mixture on low or by hand until combined. Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake for approx. 45 mins @ 350. Bread is done when toothpick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean, Time may need to be adjusted depending on oven.

This is loaded with fiber. You can have 1 slice with a LP+FC if you want to include this in a meal.

For a snack, you may have the slice by itself or you may enjoy with 1 cup of an approved LP milk for a nice, satisfying snack!

Instructions
  1. Combine the milk, cottage cheese, cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a blender, then blend until very smooth.
  2. Pour into a medium saucepan or skillet and add a pinch of two of dried basil and oregano, or whatever seasonings you prefer.
  3. Cook over medium-low heat until heated through, smooth, and a bit thickened. Add more basil and oregano if you like.
  4. Toss with pasta and serve immediately. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.

Variations
Instead of basil and oregano, sprinkle in a bit of Cajun seasoning and serve with blackened chicken, tomatoes, and green onions for a Creole pasta.

  2. Add chicken wings into pan and cover chicken in sauce.
  3. Spread chicken in single layer and bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 40 minutes, then broil for 3 minutes to get them crisp.

Instructions
  1. Start by opening your package of baby back ribs and scoring and/or removing any tough membranes on the boney side of the ribs. I used a knife meant for filleting.
  2. Once that’s done, rub both sides generously with grill seasoning. Any rub will do.
  3. Wrap up the ribs and bake 2-2 1/2 hours until completely cooked through and tender.
  4. Baste one side generously with a really approved BBQ sauce. Broil 2-3 minutes or until sauce starts to brown. Flip over, baste other side and broil again.
  5. Remove from oven, add more bbq sauce as needed, cut into pieces and serve.
