Breakfast

No Breakfast. Allow 16 hours between last night’s dinner and your next meal. Coffee or water.

Lunch

1 bowl of salad mix with 4-6 oz lean protein plus approved salad dressing.

Dinner

1 bowl of salad mix with approved salad dressing or 1 hand of fibrous carb vegetables with 4-6 oz lean protein

Snacks

1 approved snack such as Grab the Gold, Oh Yeah “Go Grab” bar, or Ostrim sticks

Freebies

If you need freebies, use them sparingly
