Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (10-12 oz) can canned chicken drained
  • 1 package Fat free cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup bolthouse Greek ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 3/4 cup Fat-free Cheddar Cheese
  • 6 oz Beanitos Restaurant Style Nacho Cheese Chips

Instructions
 

  • Heat chicken and Buffalo sauce in skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Make sure to break up the chicken so there are no big chunks.
  • Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook.stirring until well blended and warm.
  • Stir in shredded cheese. Pour into a shallow dish or pie pan and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles.
  • Microwave dip until the blue cheese melts; about 30 seconds.
  • Served with Beantos restaurant style chips.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 6 oz Chicken Breast, Boneless skinless
  • 1 Bottle Olive Garden lite dressing
  • 1 Block Fat free cream cheese
  • 1 Bag Fiber Gourmet Penne Pasta

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken breast in crock pot and pour Olive Garden lite dressing over the chicken breasts. Place 1 block of fat free cream cheese on top.
  • Cook on low 4-6 hrs and shred chicken to make creamy mixture.
  • In separate pan, cook the Fiber Gourmet Penne Pasta about 6 minutes (see directions on box)
  • Stir cooked Fiber Gourmet Penne Pasta into chicken mixture in crock pot. Enjoy!
