  • 2 TBSP Onion
  • 2 TBSP Mushrooms, chopped

  • 1 Slice Fat Free Cheese Single

Instructions
 

  • Whisk eggs and sour cream
  • Sautee mushrooms and onion in 0 calorie cooking spray
  • Combine egg mixture and vegetables. Cook to desired consistency. Place cheese slice on top of cooked mixture until melted. Serve with toast.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined You can either leave tails on or remove them
  • 3 TBSP Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 Cup Stubbs Original BBQ Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Thread the shrimp onto skewers. Lightly dust with Old Bay Seasoning; then brush with Stubbs BBQ Sauce. Let shrimp marinate for about 10-15 minutes. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium high heat.
  • Place the skewers on the grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  • Broiler directions: Preheat the broiler. Place the shrimp skewers on a sheet pan coated with cooking spray. Broil for 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are pink and opaque.

Notes

You may add a FC with the serving size.
