Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup egg whites
  • 2 TBSP Green Pepper chopped
  • 1 TBSP Onion (chopped)
  • 3 Medium Olives, sliced
  • 3 Cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 TBSP reduced sugar ketchup
  • 1 Pkg Quaker Fiber + Protein Oatmeal
  • 5 small blueberries
  • 0 Calorie Cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Saute peppers, onion, and olives in 0 calorie cooking spray
  • Add egg whites and cook to desired consistency
  • Top with cherry tomatoes and reduced sugar ketchup
  • Prepare Oatmeal according to package and top with blueberries
