  2. Cook cauliflower rice according to instructions on bag and add to the meat

  1. Spray one side of each slice of bread with the butter spray
  2. Put one slice butter side down into a heated frying pan
  3. Layer ham, pizza sauce, and cheese onto bread then place the other slice of bread butter side up.
  4. Flip sandwich and heat until browned on both sides

Instructions
  1. Heat skillet on medium, add some oil, sweat garlic and shredded vegetables, add salt, and Italian seasoning. Cook until soft but not browned. Set aside to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Carbquik, water, egg, hot sauce and black pepper. Stir until you get a pancake batter consistency. Add water if too thick. Add cheese and cooled sauteed vegetables. Mix and let rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Fry into pancake size oval shaped belinis until golden brown on both sides. Place on paper towel, and serve warm with low fat sour cream. Also excellent as accompaniment for meat and fish dishes in lieu of starches
  4. Let rest for 10 minutes.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 inch spring pan and coat with carbquik. (or use a 9 inch round baking dish.
  2. Place ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend at medium-high for about 2 minutes, stopping occasionally to stir, until smooth.
  3. Pour into form.
  4. Bake just until puffed and center is dry, about 30 minutes (do not overbake)
  5. Refrigerate until chilled at least 3 hours.
